JARDesign 330 for X-Plane 10 simulator and JARDesign 330 for X-Plane 11 - two separate products. JARDesign aircrafts for X-Plane 10 not work with X-Plane 11 well. It was "X-Plane 10 products".
Customers who bought the JD330 for X-Plane 10 before October 2016 (before new X-Plane 11 simulator presentation event) not be able to use the new versions of JD330 in the X-Plane 11. Customers who bought the JD330 for X-Plane 10 after October 2016 may use the new versions of JD330 in the X-Plane 11 with old/exist serial. If you have troubles with "after October 2016" serials - please USE CONTACT FORM Please, don't forget fill "Serial" field there with your old serial.
Please note what if you will use your JD330 with X-Plane 10 - No update need in this case. Support is continue.
